Robert E. Mallernee
With 30+ years of experience in ultra-high net worth wealth management, Rob co-founded and led Eton Advisors, the highly successful multi-family office that initially developed the AtlasFive platform. Rob’s passion for systems development and client service led him to establish Eton Solutions as a technology and services provider to the ultra-high net worth office.
Prior to Eton, Rob held key roles at the UBS Multi-Family Office Group, the Private Asset Management Group at NC Trust Company, Arthur Andersen, and Price Waterhouse.
Allen joined Eton Solutions with 35+ years of experience in the tax field, including senior leadership roles at Andersen and Grant Thornton. One of his roles at Grant Thornton was the National Managing Partner of the Private Wealth Services practice which served the ultra-high net worth individual and family office market.
After his retirement from Grant Thornton, Allen was the Vice-President of Strategy and Innovation for the Kenan Flagler Business School (UNC) and currently serves on several local boards in various leadership positions. He is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and the Wake Forest School of Law.
Chief Operating Officer
Nimish comes to Eton with 25+ years of experience as an entrepreneur and in senior executive roles at listed companies across the world. Nimish leverages his deep expertise in large implementations and operations by developing and building Eton Solutions’ onboarding and client operations teams. He has put in place best-in-class methodologies and practices to allow Eton Solutions to quickly scale the operations.
Prior to joining Eton, Nimish started his career at Cap Gemini and later founded several companies including ProcessMind and FirstLife. ProcessMind became a 5000 employee company with employees and customers around the world. After several M&As, ProcesMind became a part of Xchanging (listed in London) where Nimish served as part of the global executive management board.
Chief Financial Officer
Bill has 35+ years of experience, including eight years in public accounting and over 25 years in CFO or COO roles for private-equity-backed companies. He has led start-ups and early-stage companies through successful private equity exits, IPO and recaps.
Bill graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UNC-Chapel Hill and is a CPA.
Chief Technology Officer
Tim joined Eton Solutions after 30+ years of experience designing and building technology; leading development teams in wholesale finance, internet and mobile industries.
Early in his career, Tim was the CTO for Alphameric PLC, where he was responsible for design, development and of maintenance of more than half of the worlds trading desks. He held a number of senior positions at British Telecom and O2 in the UK, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. He was also the CEO of OMTP, a consortium of the world’s leading mobile carriers and the General Manager of the North American subsidiary of Truphone (a mobile carrier) and lead architect of their mobile recording business, which hosts compliance recordings for almost every major bank.

Prior to Eton, Murali held key consulting and engineering roles with DXC Technology, Xchanging, Banctec, and HCL customers including ETrade, American Express, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America.
