Job Summary:

Business Development/Product Support Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization through prospects and manage the sales process from initial prospect inquiry to the signing of the contract and an effective handoff of client relationship to the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gaining expertise on our Eton Alpha Product Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Grow the franchise with strategic partnership with the clients and the prospects in enhancing the brand awareness
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Develop relationship with product development personnel, engineering team and implementation/client service teams so they can be used as appropriate in the sales process.
  • Lead generation, while important when opportunity presents itself, is not a key aspect of this role.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability with moving into various functions to get cross-functional experience or vertically further-up the Business Development Path.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Seniority Level/ Experience:

Entry level or 1 to 5 years of experience
